1- Breathe

take a long deep breath - slowly inhale and exhale.

realize that you are alive at every moment.

your body know just what to do and does it naturaly without any effort.

KNOW that you are alive - and continue to live with each new breath.

 

 

2- SMILE

if you have to fake a smile, your mind reacts to your body, the muscles that

make a smile will make your mind smile too. after a while smiling you will

realize it is natural and just makes you feel better.

 

3- TAKE A WALK

walking outside while being aware of life around you - the sky - trees - people

will remind you instantly that the world is a magical place where every atom is

exactly where it should be.

 

4-MICRO - MACRO

observe your self from the micro to the macro.

from the atoms and cells that make your body through your organs and life support

systems (- your heart pumping blood - lungs inhaling life giving air - stomach

breaking food to give you energy), to the air you breathe, the food you eat, the

water you drink, to the soil, seas and sky. to the earth floating in the space of the

universe.

 

5-EXERCISE

run, swim, bike do yoga, it doesn't matter as long as you stay focused on doing

one thing at a time and giving it your complete attention.

take your mind off all your troubles and stay in this moment, you are here and now.

enjoy it!

 

6-DO YOUR FAVORITE THINGS

when doing your favorite things you are one with them, whether it is reading a book

watching a movie, cooking or treking whatever it may be it allows you to enjoy one

thing at a time instead of worrying about the future or regreting your past.

 

7- WHISTLE

create your favorite tunes with nothing but your mouth.

whisteling brings out a happy sub concience to the suface.

it accompanies life with a soundtrack giving rythem to your thoughts and actions.

 

8-MIRROR YOUR SELF

observe your self with the mirror of your mind, highlighting your best qualities.

learn to judge your self in a loving and forgiving way. if you insist on critesizing your

self do so after viewing your good qualities and forgive yourself for things you would

fogive others.

 

9-TREAT YOURSELF

you deserve it! do that little something you've been planning to do for so long but

didn't get to. take a vacation, go to a spa, get that little thing that will make your life

better. life is for living don't wait start now.

 

10-REMEMBER

remember all the things that makes this life worth living.

make a list of people, places, events that make you feel good, they are always

there for you and and just by thinking of them you can smile and see how fortunate

you are.
